Client: Nilai Medical Centre, 2018

The Mission

Nilai Medical Centre (NMC) was previously known as Nilai Cancer Institute (NCI), and is still known to the locals as that.

Upon expanding into a multidisciplinary medical centre, NMC wants to reinforce their new name, strengthen their brand, and to attract patients outside of Nilai as well.

The Outcome

We were responsible for revamping the hospital’s logo, and created their brand identity. We came up with a unified feel, mood and voice for their brand, as well as designing their external and internal collaterals.

We took on a role as an advisor and mediator for NMC and their vendors as they went through the change, ensuring the best result to reflect their new brand.

The Impact

Now that this project has been completed, the NMC’s marketing team has a clear direction and guidance on the brand that they can use in their future marketing campaigns.
